Vipergen Expands DEL Series with Two Updated Libraries
We are pleased to announce the release of two updated versions of our DNA-Encoded Library (DEL) series – Lib059 and Lib101 – featuring expanded chemical diversity while maintaining the quality that our partners rely on.
Lib059 is the updated version of Lib058, adding 89 new building blocks, 78 of which are designer building blocks, and introducing 30 new scaffolds. Physicochemical properties remain essentially unchanged, ensuring drug-likeness is maintained across the expanded library.
Lib101 has been updated with a focus on challenging targets such as transcription factors and intrinsically disordered proteins. The new version incorporates 162 new building blocks, of which 159 are designer building blocks, and introducing 64 new scaffolds, further broadening its coverage of the chemical space most relevant to these target classes.
“Our libraries are the foundation of every screening campaign we run for our partners. With these updates, we are adding more chemical diversity through new designer building blocks, while maintaining the physicochemical quality our partners have come to expect from Vipergen,” said Lars Petersen, Associate Director at Vipergen.
Together, Lib059 and Lib101 represent over 1.3 billion small molecules available for screening.
