Charlotte Andersen earned her M.Sc. in Biology-Biotechnology from the University of Copenhagen in 2008.
Professional background

She began her career at Nuevolution, where she held roles as technician, research assistant, and research scientist. During this time, she contributed to the development and synthesis of DNA-encoded libraries and worked extensively with optimization of DEL workflows.

Her work included oligonucleotide chemistry, plate-based purification methods, assay development, and the implementation of analytical and documentation procedures supporting large-scale library production.

Current role

She joined Vipergen in 2017 and currently serves as Senior Scientist. Her responsibilities include synthesis of DNA-encoded small-molecule libraries, optimization of synthetic protocols, and troubleshooting across the DEL workflow.

Her work supports the continued development of Vipergen’s DNA-encoded library technology.
